Service Technician

The Service Technician will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment, including the loading and offloading of equipment onto client sites. Responsibilities include the installation of hoses, connecting hoses, ducting, installing gas hoses, and performing fire-ups. The role also involves equipment maintenance, service, electrical work, repair, troubleshooting, and using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Service HVAC equipment by performing installations and maintenance.
• Load and offload equipment onto client sites.
• Install and connect hoses, ducting, and gas hoses.
• Perform equipment fire-ups and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct electrical repairs and general equipment maintenance.
• Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Electrical skills are a plus.
• Experience with service and repair around equipment is advantageous.

Work Environment

The role operates Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, in a small shop environment with a small team. After training, you will take a service van out on the road to various locations in the Denver Metro area, with occasional trips to Cheyenne, WY, and Grand Junction. Once a month, you will be on call, receiving additional compensation and the use of a company truck.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
