Field Technician

As a Field Technician, you will provide exceptional customer service and support during field visits. You will manage on-site maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support during field visits.
• Manage on-site maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Diagnose errors and technical problems, determining the appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with the technical and Service Coordinator team to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Fulfil customers' needs by making timely recommendations and briefings using appropriate procedures and automation systems.
• Establish systems requirements, gather essential information for quotes and parts orders, and complete installations.
• Build customer relationships and satisfaction by investigating complaints, identifying resolutions, suggesting best operation practices, and recommending system improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently, walk and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in computer software and devices
• At least 3 year of prior experience in a maintenance-related role within a technical field.

Work Environment:

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
