Apartment/Service Technician - Ontario

Under general supervision, the Reno/Service Technician performs skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of residential units, both inside and out. The role includes tasks related to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the cleaning and upkeep of residential units.
• Carry out alterations, maintenance, and repairs both inside and outside the units.
• Conduct carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repair tasks.
• Use hand and power tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or drywall repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools including a sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Work Environment

This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule with work locations throughout the surrounding Ontario area. The work environment involves various residential sites and requires the use of standard maintenance tools and equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Ontario, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
