Machine Operator (Robotic Welder)

1st shift | $18-20/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves operating a robotic weld machine and offers exposure to MIG welding. This is a first shift position running Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work location is in Salem, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a robotic weld machine effectively.
• Gain exposure to and practice MIG welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.
• Log production activities and maintain accurate records.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in machine operation.
• Exposure to welding, particularly MIG welding.
• Experience in manufacturing or possession of trade school certifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in using hand, measurement, and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic welding skills are required.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Must successfully pass a lifetime check.

Work Environment:

The position operates on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an option for a second shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Our facilities span over 400,000 square feet and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support quality metal fabrication. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
