Rewind Operator

The Rewind Operator is responsible for operating rewind machinery to convert large rolls into smaller finished rolls according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewind equipment.
• Inspect product quality during runs and take corrective actions.
• Complete job paperwork accurately.
• Maintain productivity standards while minimizing waste.

Essential Skills

• Experience in labelling, inspection, print, and slitter operations.
• Ability to inspect finished products and splice to remove defects.
• Proficiency in loading small rolls onto spindles.
• Forklift operation, inventory management, and packaging skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
