General Warehouse Associates

$19–$20/hr | Weekly Pay | Start ASAP

We are hiring multiple General Warehouse Associates to support operations across multiple warehouse locations and departments. These openings are ideal for dependable candidates seeking long-term warehouse work with minimal experience required.

Note: These roles are non-Amazon and primarily non-forklift positions. Most associates will use hand carts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Select candidates may be trained on wave riders (cherry pickers) based on performance and business needs.

Job Duties

• Receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using an RF scanner
• Load, unload, sort, and stage product efficiently
• Stock and re-stock warehouse inventory
• Pick and process orders in assigned zones or on conveyor lines
• Perform accurate inventory counts and quality checks
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and rolling ladders
• Some roles may require training on wave rider/cherry picker
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures

Open Positions & Shifts

Receiving (Scanner/Merchandising)

• Unload trucks and restock warehouse locations
• Attention to detail and scanner experience preferred
• Shifts Available:
• Mon–Fri | 7:00am–3:30pm | $18/hr (3 openings)
• Sun–Wed | 12:00pm–10:30pm | $20/hr (2 openings)

Processing/Picking

• Zone picking, package processing, and computer-assisted scanning
• On your feet throughout the shift
• Shifts Available:
• Sun–Thu | 7:00am–3:30pm | $19/hr (2 openings)

Transfers/Batteries (Heavy Lift)

• Individual lifting of 50–100 lbs
• Requires proven heavy-lifting experience and IOI
• Shifts Available:
• Mon–Fri | 7:00am–3:30pm | $18/hr (3 openings)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00–$20.00/hr (based on shift and assignment)
• Weekly pay
• Multiple shifts available: 1st, mid, 2nd, and weekend options
• Starts available Tuesday–Thursday each week

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred, not required
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift
• Ability to work in different warehouse areas and departments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• RF scanner experience a plus
• Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear required

This is a permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
