Quality Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Data Entry Clerk to temporarily support our Quality team. This role primarily involves the manual input of systematic transactions into a third-party ERP system (SAP). Alongside data entry, you will work closely with our Quality and Batching teams to understand SAP activities and their impact across various departments within the plant. You may also assist with quality and batching SAP activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manually input daily inventory transaction data into a third-party ERP system (SAP).
• Reconcile entries from the ERP system to third-party ERP on a daily basis.
• Shadow onsite quality and batching personnel to gain a basic understanding of process flows and SAP transaction impacts on plant information systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry and data analysis.
• Strong inventory control skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and 10-key typing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of cycle counting.
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and inspection.
• Customer service skills.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

You will primarily work at a desk within the quality assurance department. The position offers an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time between 7 am and 8 am.

This is a Contract position based out of Joplin, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
