Now Hiring- Machine Operator / Process Technician
Location: Kearny Mesa
1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm- $18.00/hour
2nd shift - 3:15pm to 11:45pm $18.75/hour
3rd shift- 11pm to 7:30am- $19.50/hour
Long-term, Contract-to-hire
All shifts are Monday – Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month for OT)
OT can be either before or after the shift
Job Description
- Will perform set-up and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prep for processing
- Must be able to operate and set-up basic process or production equipment
- Troubleshooting experience
- Working with small parts
- Will use microscope about 20-40% of the day
- Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, able to follow instructions and fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Looks like a lab/hospital inside/cleanroom – room temperature
- Wearing cleanroom garments for the entire shift that covers body, hair, shoes and a mask.
- Monday – Friday – flexible to start 2 hours before each shift and working 1-2 Saturdays a month
6 month contract to hire – great benefits if you convert to a permanent position, 10 paid holidays/year as an Aerotek employee
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
