Production Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls. This role involves working in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements. You will receive continuous training to grow and learn across different sub-assemblies within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble windows or doorwalls including measuring and cutting of vinyl, glass, and other materials.
• Repetitively lift and move materials (10-50+ lbs depending on position).
• Punch holes into the material and strip the material.
• Work with hand tools and place flexy glass on the frames.
• Operate machines, saws, or weld when transitioned to direct employment.
• Perform repetitive movements including grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Stock and clean the workspace and general areas.
• Fulfill other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand on their feet for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure.

Work Environment:

This position operates inside a facility with temperature fluctuations reflective of seasonal changes. The environment resembles a garage with large doors for ventilation and fans for temperature control. The break room is air-conditioned, providing a comfortable space for breaks or lunch. The noise level is moderate, and the building is well-lit. Employees should be comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr.
