Production Technician
We're looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support our growing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with electronics, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do
- Be the first responder to production line issues ("Line-Down" situations)
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic boards and components
- Perform soldering and component-level repairs (IPC/J-STD experience a plus)
- Analyze test data and help improve product quality
- Support new equipment setup and maintenance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) efforts
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in electronics repair or production support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PCBs and electro-mechanical systems
- Familiarity with ESD protection practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass BG check and drug screen
Preferred:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with test fixture design or programming

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44/hr.
