The Production Operations Technician is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the manufacturing process, including parts assembly, testing, painting, packaging, and shipping of products. The role involves performing a variety of tasks such as assembling, operating manual and automatic equipment, setting up machines, testing, and dismantling unit assemblies and complex subassembly workstations in accordance with work process instructions. Employees are expected to rotate among all stations within each assembly cell and perform repetitive work at a consistent pace to meet customer demands. A key responsibility includes having the working knowledge and ability to repair final unit assemblies and complex subassemblies.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a large manufacturing facility with approximately 270-290 production employees spread across 13-14 different assembly lines. The positions are available for 1st Shift (6 AM - 2 PM), 2nd Shift (2 PM - 10 PM), and 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM). Employees are required to adhere to a dress code of steel-toed boots, jeans, t-shirt, and gloves due to the nature of the work with oil-lubricated hydraulic components.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
