Production Fabricator / Assembler $20/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth!

Assembler

In this role, you will be responsible for building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. You will work with hand and power tools and utilize blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Additionally, you will learn brazing techniques for copper piping and complete the grinding of finished products. The position requires standing throughout the shift, and you will work both individually and in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Interpret and utilize blueprints for assembling complex cooling systems and enclosures.
• Learn and apply brazing techniques for copper piping.
• Grind and finish assembled products.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required, but a strong desire to enter the manufacturing field is preferred.
• 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or experience working with tools.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, high-speed manufacturing setting that is not an assembly line. It is a clean environment but can become hot during the summer months as it is not temperature controlled.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
