Production Assembler

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate! In this role, you will support welders and perform essential tasks such as assembly, forklift operation, material handling, and powder coating. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in production environments who are looking to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist welders with daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling and unloading trucks.
• Perform accurate assembly of drawers and components according to specifications.
• Execute powder coating processes while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Assembly experience is required (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Knowledge of powder coating processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
