$22/HR TO $26/HR | START ASAP | Roseville, Shakopee, Chaska, Chanhassen, MN

Join a fast-paced, high-performing paint line team! We're hiring skilled Powder Coaters for both 1st and 2nd shifts. If you have experience in industrial painting and want to work with a company that values your skills — this is your opportunity!

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Apply powder coating on manual lines and batch booth setups.
• Set up equipment for accurate coating application.
• Clean, mask, plug, and fixture parts before coating.
• Guide team members in prepping parts.
• Operate batch ovens per work orders.
• Inspect coated parts and package finished components.
• Maintain equipment and keep workspace organized.
• Complete all required documentation.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/painting.
• Stable work history and solid resume.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Skilled in powder coating, spray guns, racking, and paint prep.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
