Join a fast-paced, high-performing paint line team! We're hiring skilled Powder Coaters for both 1st and 2nd shifts. If you have experience in industrial painting and want to work with a company that values your skills — this is your opportunity!

Shifts Available

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

Apply powder coating on manual lines and batch booth setups.
Set up equipment for accurate coating application.
Clean, mask, plug, and fixture parts before coating.
Guide team members in prepping parts.
Operate batch ovens per work orders.
Inspect coated parts and package finished components.
Maintain equipment and keep workspace organized.
Complete all required documentation.

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/painting.
Stable work history and solid resume.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Skilled in powder coating, spray guns, racking, and paint prep.
