Residential Service Plumber

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Compensation: $25–$45 per hour + 4% commission on sales

Annual Potential: $100,000–$200,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional on-call duties)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team and provide top-quality plumbing services to homeowners. This position combines hands-on service work with sales opportunities, offering exceptional earning potential for motivated professionals.

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential service calls using a company-provided vehicle from day one
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Sell additional services during service calls to maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain clear communication with clients and team members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong skills in installation, finish plumbing, and service work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred
• PHCC Trade School graduates are a plus
