Plumber Position $28/hr to $40/hr START ASAP!
Description:
Ability to maintain all Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) plumbing systems to include hot and cold-water systems, gas, sewer lines, roof, and storm drains.
Inspect all existing systems for proper operations and make repairs to sinks, stools, urinals, water fountains, ice machines floor drains, etc., as needed.
Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts.
Plan jobs with cost estimates, order materials after reviewing with the Assistant Director of Facility Services.
Knowledge of and ability to use and operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment found in large facilities
Pay & Shift:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 8:00am -4:30pm
Pay is $28/hour $40/Hour
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
