We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Mold Operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating plastic injection mold machinery. The role involves the changeover and setup of an average of six machines per day, making mold machinery components from the tool room, and operating multiple machines simultaneously. You will also troubleshoot mold machines and collaborate with the team to propose process upgrades.

Work Environment:
Work in a temperature-controlled, clean, and well-lit facility essential for mold operations. The environment is cool, with some areas being loud where hearing protection is provided. Opportunities are available on the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM) and 3rd shift (11:00PM - 7:30AM), with a $2 shift differential. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift (7AM - 3:30PM) for 1-2 months as needed.
