We are seeking a skilled painter to perform a variety of tasks, including hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations according to established standards. This role requires minimal troubleshooting and adjustment, following pre-established guidelines and procedures set by the supervisor. The painter will also focus on continuous improvement opportunities within paint processes and maintain paint equipment in good operating order. Training in lean powder coat painting within the paint booth is provided.

Work Environment
The work environment is a spacious manufacturing facility with high ceilings and excellent lighting, including skylights. While the facility is not air-conditioned, the position offers the unique advantage of air-conditioned paint suits. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
