Paint Prep Laborer - Pay $20 - 23/hr

Prep Laborer in Anoka, MN

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will rotate between washing and prepping products, loading and unloading the paint line. Over time, training will be provided to perform powder coating, which involves spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and conducting quality inspections to ensure smooth application.

Responsibilities

• Wash and prep products for the paint line.
• Load and unload products from the paint line.
• Train to perform powder coating on metal parts.
• Conduct quality inspections of painted products.
• Ensure safe handling and placement of metal parts on racks.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience in loading and unloading tasks.
• Familiarity with general labor and production processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
