Order Picker and Packer

As an Order Picker and Packer, you will be responsible for building shipping pallets in the Hobby line. Your main duties include grabbing closed boxes and palletizing them for shipping. You will handle boxes that mostly weigh 20 lbs, with some weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasionally, you will receive cross-training to assist with Cycle Counts and Picking Orders.

Responsibilities

• Build and palletize shipping pallets in the Hobby line.
• Handle and lift boxes weighing between 20 lbs and 50 lbs.
• Assist with Cycle Counts and Picking Orders as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in production and material handling.
• Ability to pick, pack, and manage shipping tasks.
• General labor experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with order picking and packaging is preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
