The Office Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to enhance team productivity and office efficiency. This role involves managing internal communications via email and in person, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating company events and meetings, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. Additionally, it includes handling general administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, data entry, and document filing.
The role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. The office environment is designed to support both productivity and efficiency, providing necessary equipment and software to fulfill job responsibilities.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
