Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will oversee the production line responsible for creating various fasteners for multiple automotive companies. You will conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products, unload hoppers, and prepare boxes for shipment. Additionally, you will utilize an RF scanner to track outgoing inventory, load boxes onto conveyors, perform minor maintenance on machines as needed, and assist with other production tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Oversee production line producing automotive fasteners.

Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.

Unload hoppers and prepare boxes for shipment.

Utilize RF scanner for inventory tracking.

Load boxes of fasteners onto conveyors.

Perform minor maintenance on machines as needed.

Assist with other production tasks as required.

Ensure all job duties are performed safely and efficiently.

General labor and production experience.

Ability to operate manufacturing machines and run production lines.

Proficiency in using a tape measure.

Operate forklift as needed in order to move material throughout facility.

Capability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.

Attention to detail for quality checks and inspections.

High School Diploma or GED.

1-2 years of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Previous material handling experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
