Forklift Operator

We are seeking dedicated forklift operators to join our team. As a forklift operator, you will play a crucial role in the kitting, packaging, labeling, quality checking, and picking of orders within our warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the warehouse picking and pulling orders.
• Read and follow work orders and packaging lists for order fulfillment.
• Pack products according to shipping instructions.
• Kit items to package and ship out.
• Maintain high attention to detail to verify labels and contents.
• Assist the shipping department with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Verify counts of products pulled.
• Package products and prepare them for shipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in picking orders, packaging, and kitting.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• General labor skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness within the warehouse.

Our warehouse operates on three shifts: 1st Shift from 8am to 5pm, 2nd Shift from 12pm to 9pm, and 3rd Shift from 8pm to 5am, Monday through Friday. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
