This role, known as Pilot Operator, involves working at the Research and Development facility to perform prototype assemblies and assist in building new product lines. You will collaborate directly with engineers and technicians to enhance product lines.

Work Environment:
The work environment is a new facility built within the last five years. Employees will operate both inside and outside of the cleanroom, and occasionally in the lab area. The team comprises around 10-15 individuals, including management, leads, assemblers, engineers, and technicians. The facility is well-lit, open, and temperature-controlled, with no requirement for hearing protection. It is strictly an R&D site focused on building and improving initial product lines for manufacturing.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.25/hr.
