Medical Assemblers

Join our team as a Medical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling life-saving medical devices. You will work with precision hand tools and microscopes to assemble various components, ensuring high-quality standards in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
• Cross-train at different assembly stations.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Inspect assembled products for quality assurance.
• Work efficiently in a full clean room environment.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or related manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent hand dexterity.
• Ability to understand and use measurements with rulers and calipers.
• Capacity to lift 25 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous medical assembly experience is preferred.
• Experience in other assembly or manufacturing roles with a stable work history.

Work Environment:

Work in a medical device company within a full clean room environment. The dress code includes wearing a hair net, gown, and booties. Employees must wash hands before entering the clean room and adhere to specific grooming standards: no nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, or pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
