What You'll Do

Join a precision-focused team assembling fiber optic components used in cutting-edge technology. You'll:

• Measure and cut fiber cables with accuracy
• Follow blueprints and work instructions
• Feed colored wires through connectors with precision
• Apply epoxy and cure assemblies
• Polish and test final products for quality

What You Bring

0–1+ years of experience in small parts or medical device assembly

Ability to see and differentiate colors accurately

Strong communication skills

Bonus: Experience with guidewires, microscopes, clean rooms, or blueprint reading

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
