Medical Assembler Near Saint Paul, MN

Join a dynamic team as a Medical Assembler where you will play a vital role in the production of medical components in a cleanroom environment. You will start in the coiling department and have the opportunity to cross-train in various areas, contributing to the assembly of critical medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Operate small sand blasting machines to smooth tiny wire components.
• Use microscopes for inspecting and manipulating wires.
• Participate in molding and inspection of parts using small hand tools.
• Perform assembly tasks using tweezers, pliers, and wrenches.
• Operate laser welding machines for precise assembly of medical components.
• Work with automated presses and stamping machines for metal parts production.
• Inspect and deburr parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow written work instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with microscopes, 4-6+ months in medical manufacturing or small part assembly.
• Proficiency in cleanroom procedures and assembly techniques.
• Familiarity with coil winding, catheter assembly, and laser welding.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.78/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
