Medical Assembler

Your Role
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Operate under a microscope and rotate across multiple assembly stations.
- Use blades, cutters, and fine tools to handle small components.
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols in a full cleanroom setting.
What You Bring
- 6+ months of experience in medical or manufacturing assembly.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to measure with rulers and calipers.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Bonus Skills
- Prior medical device assembly experience.
- Stable work history in manufacturing or production.

Cleanroom Dress Code
To maintain product safety and quality, employees must:
- Wear hair nets, gowns, booties.
- Avoid nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrances, henna tattoos.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and pants without holes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
