The Process Technician monitors and operates thermoforming production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role performs start-up, shutdown, and cycling of thermoforming equipment, troubleshoots issues to minimize downtime and scrap, completes line changeovers and documentation, and supports quality assurance activities. The Process Technician works closely with operators and other team members, follows strict safety and sanitation standards, and maintains accurate production records in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility where thermoforming and related production equipment generate a noticeable amount of heat. The environment involves working around machinery, grease, oils, solvents, and some dust, with visual and audible alarms in use throughout the production area. Required personal protective equipment includes eye protection, ear protection, a hair net, smock, and bump cap, which must be worn as directed. The standard schedule includes an evening shift 3PM-11:30PM and overnight shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
