Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our team in constructing custom commercial rooftop units, similar to large HVAC systems. As an assembler, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to build these units while also assisting with tasks around the shop such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleaning to ensure a smooth workflow. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand your skills in other areas.

Responsibilities:

• Build custom commercial rooftop units using hand and power tools.
• Assist with shop maintenance tasks including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleaning.
• Collaborate with other assemblers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.

Work Environment:

Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. Enjoy a casual dress code with the requirement of steel toe boots. Join a small, friendly team where your contributions are valued. Work hours are from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6 am to 10 am on Friday, with one 20-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
