As an Installation Technician, you'll transform brand-new vehicles into fully outfitted, purpose-built machines using mechanical skill, precision, and a strong commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

• Perform frequent physical tasks: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling.
• Assemble truck bodies and install components such as:
• Wire harnesses
• Partitions
• Auxiliary batteries
• Light bars
• Additional upfit parts
• Disassemble and reassemble factory vehicles when necessary.
• Deliver high workmanship standards that meet company and customer expectations.
• Document work using photos and project-specific tracking systems.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and provide process improvement ideas.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of Automotive Technician experience
• Autobody experience
• Understanding of automotive mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with continuous physical movement
• Ability to work overtime when required

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with automotive electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and work orders with minimal assistance
• 1 year of aftermarket installation or upfitting experience

Work inside a new, clean, well-organized facility designed for efficiency and comfort.

The layout mirrors an automotive service area (without floor cutouts) and includes long drive lanes with vans parked back-to-back—giving you plenty of space and easy access for installations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
