Material Handler – Warehouse

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will handle inventory, move materials, and perform basic computer and data entry tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Pay: $18 per hour

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
• Perform data entry and update warehouse management systems
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• Good communication and teamwork skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
