This role focuses on entry-level assembly and handling of circuit card assemblies and related electronic components in a clean, controlled production environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, build and assemble electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Work Environment
The role is based in a clean and controlled production environment focused on electronic and mechanical assembly. The dress code is casual, with most assemblers wearing ESD wrist straps and smocks over their personal clothing to protect sensitive components. You will work with hand tools, torque tools, soldering equipment, and production systems such as routers, parts lists, and work instructions, while following WHMIS safety procedures for materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment. The standard shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and every other Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime is an expectation and a requirement once hired, to support production schedules and customer needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
