Manufacturing Operator Position

Assist with production line set up, tear down, and routine operation.

Operate commercial equipment with technical proficiency including mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.

Learn and apply technical concepts for converting production lines, such as web handling, tensions, gear ratios, splices, die stations, vision systems, and pick-in-place systems.

Gain knowledge of mixing and coating production lines, including order of additions, solvation, emulsions, coat weights, % solids, assay, and viscosity.

Support the manufacturing line Lead by monitoring processes, performing roll changes, in-process inspections, line set-up, tear-down, cleaning, and other production responsibilities.

Read and understand chemical SDS guidance.

Document manufacturing records in compliance with ALCOA and GDP.

Understand and comply with cGMP requirements, including training, gowning, safety, and controlled substance policies.

Read, comprehend, and accurately complete manufacturing documents like Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Set up diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Reconciliation Forms, and Logbooks.

Pay and Shift:

1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

2nd Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

3rd Shift Hours: 8:00 PM–6:30 AM or 10:00 PM–8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Pay is based on experience $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $56160.00/yr.

Holiday Pay: 1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours

Continuing education plan/tuition assistance: The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
