Maintenance Technician
Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to adjust and fix equipment.
Work collaboratively with a team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Proficiency in mechanical repair and preventive maintenance.
Experience with gearboxes and production equipment.
Industrial maintenance experience, ideally in the food or beverage industry.
Experience in a family-owned business is beneficial.

Join a dedicated team of 12 maintenance professionals within a plant of over 100 production workers. Work requires wearing steel-toed boots with shift start times at 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. for the first shift, and 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. for the second shift, Monday through Friday, including working 2-3 Saturdays per month. The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr.
