What You'll Do
- Lead & mentor a team of technicians—be the expert they rely on
- Install, maintain, and repair advanced automated packaging & distribution systems
- Diagnose complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems & PLCs like a pro
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running at peak performance
- Engineer real-world solutions to challenging reliability issues
- Work on motors, conveyors, drives, and automation systems
- Perform welding & fabrication for repairs and improvements
- Lead maintenance projects from start to finish
- Document work clearly for operational excellence & compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the floor
What You Bring
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or automated environments
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Experience with PLCs and control systems
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
- Ability to lead, train, and support technicians
- Skilled in electrical maintenance (3-phase systems)
- Welding and fabrication experience
Bonus Points
- Experience with robotics, automation systems, or material handling equipment
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mason, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.65 - $42.65/hr.
