Maintenance Machinist

As a Maintenance Machinist, you will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance duties, which include alignment, centering, leveling, and tool replacement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Work with 480v electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain and repair HAAS CNC machines and custom rolling equipment.
• Conduct maintenance on presses and roll forming machinery as required.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years experience performing maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical systems and working with 480v electrical systems.
• Ability to read and work off blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification or schooling in maintenance or machining is preferred.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
