Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team and perform maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, forklifts, and general mechanical machinery. Our large plant specializes in remanufacturing medium-duty diesel engines. The ideal candidate will handle both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, with a focus on older equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manual machinery and other manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct heavy electrical repairs and maintenance, particularly in the 220 Volt range.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical functions.
• Calibrate equipment and gauges.
• Maintain test cells.
• Perform maintenance on additional equipment such as forklifts and cranes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with pneumatic systems and machine maintenance.
• Competence in forklift and motor maintenance.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
