The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for managing all mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units, across several commercial buildings within a confined area. The role includes performing maintenance duties at office buildings downtown and handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs.
Manage and maintain mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units.
Perform maintenance duties at commercial buildings and office buildings downtown.
Conduct Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs.
Ensure the upkeep and functionality of HVAC systems in designated locations.
Experience with HVAC systems and facilities maintenance.
Hands-on maintenance of commercial HVAC units with 1+ years of experience, preferably 3+ years.
Knowledge of chiller and boiler systems is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
