Maintenance / Automation Technician - 35 - 55/hr

Job Title

Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems within an automated distribution center environment including various types of conveyors, turntables, palletizers, pallet dispensers, stretch wrapping machines, label printers, trolleys, high bay/low bay cranes, pallet and/or case shuttles, VFD's, servo motors, sensors, etc.

Two different roles available:

• Electro Mechanical Technician (Automation Technician)
• Pay Range: $35-45/hr plus $1.50 shift differential
• Controls Technician
• Pay Range: $40-55/hr plus $1.50 shift differential

Openings available on 1st and 3rd shifts:

• 7:00am - 7:30pm or 7:00pm - 7:30am
• Two schedule offerings:
• Thursday - Saturday, every other Wednesday (Work 36 hours one week and 48 the next)
• Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday (Work 36 hours one week and 48 the next)
• Overtime available

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years electro-mechanical systems (mechatronics) maintenance experience in an automated facility or equivalent
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalent is preferred
• Certifications or formal training in related experiences are preferred
• Strong PLC troubleshooting (Siemens)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as needed
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, as well as interpret drawings and equipment diagrams

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
