Machine Operator Helper

This position involves assisting multiple machine operators by loading and unloading parts and materials from CNC router machines. The role includes starting assistance, selecting the correct parts based on written instructions, documenting data, performing visual inspections of parts as they are machined, and identifying process improvement opportunities, followed by documenting final reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in loading and unloading CNC router machines.
• Select correct parts based on written directions.
• Document data accurately.
• Perform visual inspections of parts as they come off the machine.
• Identify and document opportunities for process improvements.
• Complete final reporting.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of stable work history in machine operation.
• Experience setting up machines is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow written directions.
• Ability to work well with a team and with limited supervision.
• Willingness and desire to learn and grow with the company.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two distinct areas separated by a wall: a complete assembly area and a machine area. Employees will work in both areas, utilizing various technologies and equipment related to machine operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
