Operator – Reagent Small Vial Value Stream

As an Operator, you'll be hands-on in formulating, filling, testing, and packaging chemical and biological reagent products. Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and FDA/ISO requirements in English
- Independently perform formulation, filling, testing, and packaging tasks
- Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot reagent components and instruments
- Conduct solution testing (pH, conductivity, density) to meet specifications
- Ensure compliance with QSR, GMP, and ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve quality
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Train new team members as needed
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
- Perform other duties and cross-training as assigned
Essential Skills
- Experience with machine operation, bottle filling, or food/medical production
- Knowledge of GMP and Device History Records
- Ability to read/write in English and follow documented procedures
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a regulated industry (preferred)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.87 - $24.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
