Machine Operator

Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will oversee the injection molding process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the injection molding process, including set-up, tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow management.
• Manage raw molding materials to ensure traceability and prevent contamination.
• Set up and adjust injection molding machines ranging from 540 tons to 1100 tons.
• Perform basic mold maintenance with care to ensure machines run correctly and prevent costly damage.
• Recommend improvements for production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Accurately record job transactions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in machine operation and production processes.
• Experience in operating and maintaining machines, particularly in molding operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Lebanon, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
