Machine Operator - Process Technician - Kearny Mesa - 1st Shift/2nd Shift

Position: Machine Operator / Process Technician

Location: Kearny Mesa - San Diego, CA 92123

Shifts:

• 1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm- $18.00/hour
• 2nd shift - 3:15pm to 11:45pm $18.75/hour
• Long-term, Contract-to-hire

All shifts are Monday – Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month)

Job Description:

• Will perform set-up and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prep for processing
• Must be able to operate and set-up basic process or production equipment
• Troubleshooting experience
• Working with small parts
• Will use microscope about 20-40% of the day
• Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, able to follow instructions and fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Looks like a lab/hospital inside/cleanroom – room temperature
• Wearing cleanroom garments for the entire shift that covers body, hair, shoes and a mask.
• Monday – Friday – flexible to start 2 hours before each shift and working 1-2 Saturdays a month

Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation

6-month contract to hire – great benefits if you convert to a permanent position

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
