The Lead Service Technician is responsible for leading crews in the comprehensive repair and maintenance of mobile office trailers commonly found on commercial construction sites. This includes tasks from start to finish, ensuring quality repairs and modifications are completed to customer satisfaction.

Work Environment:
The Lead Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team of 2 to 3 others to repair trailers. Repairs are conducted outdoors in favorable weather, with warehouses available during colder seasons. The role involves driving to job sites for inspections, repairs, and installations. The work week typically consists of 45-50 hours, with shifts from 6 am to 3/4 pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays during peak season. Start times shift to 7 am during slower periods. Steel toe boots are required for work.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
