Ready to get your hands dirty and your career moving? We're looking for a Railcar Repairman to join our industrial team. You'll perform 60% mechanical work and 40% welding to repair and maintain railcars. Safely work around railcars, tracks, and heavy machinery
Perform mechanical repairs and welding tasks (fluxcore preferred, MIG training available)
Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders
Cut, weld, grind, and assemble using hand and air tools
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Meet FRA, AAR, and customer quality standards
Take a weld test to determine training needs
Strong mechanical aptitude and welding ability
Experience with torch cutting, grinding, and fabrication
Familiarity with hand tools, air tools, and industrial equipment
Ability to stand, lift, and work in tough conditions
Manufacturing or railcar experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
