Integration Technician Support

Warehouse Worker

Pay: $19/Hour

Shift: 9AM-6PM

Location: Kent, WA

Job Description

We seek a candidate with experience in computers and a strong desire to learn more. The primary focus will be on inbound stock check-in, transitioning to training in ITAD/Repair aspects. Candidates will handle inventory, including computer monitors, chargers, iPads, and more. The role involves logistics tasks such as shipping and receiving products, with training provided for forklift operation if needed. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and check in inbound stock.
• Transition to ITAD/Repair training.
• Handle inventory including computer monitors, chargers, and iPads.
• Participate in logistics tasks including shipping and receiving.
• Document, collect, and review data for integration tasks.
• Assist with imaging under the guidance of a lead technician.
• Meet key performance indicators focusing on quality, engagement, attendance, and professionalism.

Essential Skills

• Experience with computers and technical equipment.
• Ability to follow Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) guidelines.
• Capability to adhere to customer hardware and software specifications.
• Experience with imaging and configuration of mobile devices.
• Proficiency in asset and inventory tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to maintain production requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical experience or education preferred.
• Experience in a lab, production, warehouse, or inventory environment.
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus but training will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
