Installer - Service Technician

Join a dynamic team in the Portland metro area, specializing in signage and graphics installation. This role involves assembling, mounting, and hanging signs of various shapes and sizes, both indoors and outdoors. It's an active position that requires the use of a variety of tools, lifts, and trucks for successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, mount, and hang signs of all shapes and sizes, indoors and outdoors.
• Utilize a variety of tools, lifts, and trucks for installation.
• Collaborate with an energetic team on projects of varying scales.
• Perform advance site visits to obtain information for accurate project quoting.
• Maintain professional dress and presentation throughout installations.

Essential Skills

• Carpentry skills.
• Customer-facing demeanor.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sign installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with adhesive vinyl application, post and panel ground installation, and wall mounting of flat panel signage.
• Experience with basic tools and construction techniques.
• Accurate measurement skills.
• Strict adherence to proper safety practices.
• Ability to set, maintain, and fulfill scheduling of multiple projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to retain and follow detailed instructions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, Oregon.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
