1st Shift Maintenance Technician

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment.

Perform physical duties associated with the operation and maintain necessary paperwork.

Ensure compliance with proper PPE at all times.

Prepare necessary documentation such as Bill of Ladings, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Tool Orders.

Work with conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and PLCs.

Perform welding, torch cutting, grinding, and weld set-up.

Set up and break down machinery.

Assist operations by operating balers and heavy equipment occasionally.

Make decisions, solve problems, and handle high-stress situations calmly and safely.

Work independently in the absence of direct supervision.

Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
